Thank you for this, I've been curious as to how you make such amazing images.

Aaah, simple to follow, yet still effective. I have heard of using clouds for nebulae a few times before. But I usually just brush mine out manually. Maybe I could try this sometime if I need more realism.

Nebula's are essentually just clouds after all.

a few pirate ships and you basically have the ending battle from Pirates 3 :O
this be awesome, meng.
Looks pretty much like my own workflow, even though I haven´t used clouds that much before, only stuff rendered out with apophysis. Using a render to add color is also much faster than adding them manually, needs only a few clicks of manipulating & that´s it. Hmm, should really experiment with clouds more still, they seem like a decent way to get more detail & shape to a nebula fast. :peace:

Tired and lonely. Sitting and staring
Weak and filthy. No longer caring
Wasting to nothing. The rubble of you
Hoping for something. Poison where love grew
Oh yeah!
I think I can try it, it's a good tutorial and it seems not too difficult... well... I hope!

Thanks
